Are you a recent university graduate with a degree in accounting ready to launch your career? Or do you bring hands-on experience in an accounts receivable or accounting clerk role and want to be part of a growing, supportive team?
We are a locally-owned and operated business with multiple companies, currently expanding and looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team in our modern downtown Sydney office.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive accounting team
- Report directly to the CFO
- Process transactions using various software: Jonas, SAGE, QUICKBOOKS. Not necessary to have experience with all operating systems, however experience will be considered.
Who You Are:
- An individual with a post secondary accounting degree or diploma, or an experienced accounting clerk
- Not currently enrolled in any university or college program – this is a full-time, on-site position
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM AST
- Experience in the trades or construction industry is considered a strong asset
- Organized,
dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
