Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Controller to join a growing finance leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for a CPA-designated professional who thrives in agile environments and enjoys building financial infrastructure, improving processes, and driving business performance.

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial reporting function while playing a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, operational performance analysis, systems improvement, and acquisition integration.

This role is deliberately broader than a traditional controllership position, offering significant exposure to strategic finance, operational leadership, and business growth initiatives.

Skills and Requirements - CPA designation - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in a senior accounting or controllership role -Demonstrated ownership of a full month-end close and financial statement preparation - Direct experience leading or managing an annual external audit - Hands-on FP&A; experience: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and building an operating model in Excel that someone else can use - Track record of building or materially improving processes,



controls and systems rather than inheriting mature ones - Strong Excel and systems fluency, and the instinct to automate rather than accept manual work - Comfort operating in a business with imperfect data and legacy processes, and the judgment to know what to fix first - Private equity backed or sponsor-reporting environment experience - Acquisitions, post-merger integration or multi-entity consolidated reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
