Siempre Beauty is looking for a hair stylist to join our salon! We’d love to meet someone who enjoys helping clients find their look, feels comfortable making recommendations, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Provide haircuts, blowouts and styling.
- Perform colouring services, including root touch-ups, highlights and balayage, within your expertise.
- Offer consultations to understand each client’s preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Recommend hair care products and share tips for maintaining results at home.
- Keep tools and your workstation clean, disinfected and organized.
- Create a friendly, welcoming experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a hair stylist.
- Solid cutting, colouring and styling skills.
- Fluent English to communicate comfortably with clients. Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to detail, reliability and a friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of salon hygiene and safe product use.
- Relevant training or certification. Please include any credentials obtained in Canada or abroad with your application.
Compensation
This position is commission-based. The commission rate will be discussed based on your experience, skills and the services you provide. Additional beauty skills will also be considered.
