We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead who likes getting their hands dirty, solving problems and helping the people around them improve.

You'll work on graffiti removal and restoration jobs yourself while helping the crew solve problems, setting the schedule, working through logistics and keeping supplies in stock. This isn't a clipboard-only role. You'll lead through your work, judgment and follow-through.

What you'll do

- Carry out graffiti removal and restoration work alongside the crew.

- Help the crew solve problems and keep jobs moving.

- Set the daily schedule and work through the logistics of getting people, equipment and materials where they need to be.

- Manage inventory so the crew has the supplies it needs for each job.

- Coach technicians on methods, safety and quality.

- Check finished work and address problems before leaving the property.

- Handle equipment issues, difficult surfaces and client questions with sound judgment.

- Keep the office informed through clear photos, site reports and notes about anything that needs attention.

What we're looking for

- Experience in graffiti removal, restoration, painting, pressure washing or similar field work.

- Experience leading or coaching others, formally or informally.

- The ability to explain a standard, demonstrate it and hold people to it respectfully.





- Clear communication, ownership and a calm approach when things go wrong.

- Professional dealings with clients and property managers.

Pay is $25-$36 per hour, based on experience and the scope of the role. Our plans include performance bonuses, benefits and opportunities for advancement. We'll be explicit during the hiring process about what's available now and what's still being developed.
