Envirogard Products Limited (EPL), under the Rainfresh brand, is a Canadian manufacturer and supplier of water treatment products, including water filters, water filtration systems and water softeners. For over 60 years, Rainfresh has been trusted by Canadians for quality water treatment solutions.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing digital presence, e-commerce activities, marketing initiatives, sales analytics and customer service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of a business and wants to develop broad experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and business analytics.

About the position

E-Commerce: The candidate will assist in website content management, support SEO initiatives, monitor web traffic and user behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with developing e-commerce campaigns, promotions and other online initiatives related to customer websites.

Marketing & Sales Support: Assist with planning and execution of marketing materials, support management with various marketing projects, research competitive landscape and analyze point of sale performance. Assist with processing and coordinating export orders, prepare and maintain export documentation and shipping information.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries by email,



telephone and online channels.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is curious, energetic, organized and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

The ideal candidate is not simply someone who can post on social media. We want someone who wants to understand how digital marketing contributes to business growth.

- Our ideal candidate would be a young go-getter
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing/sales or e-commerce or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in digital sales or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal English skills. French would be an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
