The Hurley Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter/Sandblaster for a full-time position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for industrial spray-painting jobs from start to finish, including equipment setup, surface preparation, application to customer specifications, and compliance with safety requirements. The role also includes operating and maintaining sandblasting equipment and preparing surfaces to the required specifications.

Previous hands-on industrial painting and/or sandblasting experience is required.

Pay: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Complete industrial spray-painting work according to specifications on customer work orders.
- Prepare materials and surfaces for painting.
- Set up and operate sandblasting equipment.
- Sandblast surfaces to the required specifications.
- Clean and maintain sandblasting equipment.
- Clean the booth and keep the work area neat and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety rules and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with other team members.

Qualifications and Skills





- Minimum two years of direct work experience in industrial sandblasting and/or industrial painting and protective coatings.
- Hands-on experience performing the responsibilities relevant to your area of expertise.
- Knowledge of surface preparation for painting.
- Ability to follow customer specifications and work instructions.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
