Job Description We are seeking a Rentals & Repairs Associate to coordinate, maintain, program, and support rental assets, loaners, demo radios, and related repair activity so customer equipment needs are met accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational priorities.

This position owns assigned rentals, programming, and radio repair responsibilities from start to finish, ensuring assets are properly tracked, prepared, repaired, programmed, documented, and ready for customer or internal use This role will have an estimated annual salary range of $45k-$50k CAD.

Skills and Requirements Responsibilities: · Owns rental order processing by inputting, allocating, and tracking new rental orders and submitting required paperwork to support timely and accurate billing. · Reconciles rental returns by comparing returned radios and accessories against asset assignments, providing return receipts to the sales representative, and notifying accounting when invoicing should cease. · Maintains the rental equipment asset database to support budget planning, asset upkeep, replacement tracking, and annual reporting of rental radio and accessory asset losses. · Prepares rental assets for redeployment by ensuring returned equipment is cleaned, organized, labelled where required, and ready for customer or internal use. · Creates and maintains radio programming for new orders, rental equipment, loaners, demos, and assigned maintenance agreement equipment, ensuring programming is accurate and aligned with customer requirements. · Supports trunking system administration for the C+/CAP MAX, City of Barrie, and Vale systems by maintaining spreadsheets, supporting controller administration, and programming related assets as required. · Supports customer fleet reprogramming projects at customer locations when requested, including travel to customer sites when required.





Diagnoses, quotes, and repairs radio equipment for customer and internal equipment requests, ensuring repair status, costs, and outcomes are communicated clearly.

Required Qualifications: · Experience with two-way radio equipment, radio programming, radio repair, rentals coordination, service support, or a related technical operations setting is preferred. · Working knowledge of Motorola programming software, firmware updates, asset tracking tools, rental records, service documentation, and related technical systems is considered an asset. · Strong troubleshooting, organization, documentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage details accurately across rentals, repairs, programming, and inventory. · Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and sales representatives regarding equipment status, repair outcomes, programming needs, and asset availability.
