Partner with business leaders in the decision-making process by evaluating the financial impact of business initiatives, risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with the Project Management Powerhouse NA Finance team on key projects and initiatives impacting Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) Finance.
Ensure accurate, timely and consistent internal financial reporting in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.
Ensure the effective execution and ongoing compliance of accounting-related internal controls. **What makes you a good fit** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Finance or Business Administration experience.
Strong business partnering, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00.
This is the range that we in positive faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
This salary range may also be modified in the future.
