Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex tenant improvement, fit-out, renovation, and special projects throughout the Vancouver area.

This position is ideal for a construction skilled who has built their career with general contractors and enjoys fast-moving projects where coordination, communication, safety, planning, and attention to detail are critical.

Projects will typically range from approximately $1M-$10M and may involve construction occurring within occupied and operational environments.

The successful candidate will bring a stable employment history, strong field leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively forecast upcoming work and maintain detailed look-ahead schedules.

Skills and Requirements • Proven experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor. • Demonstrated experience delivering tenant improvement (TI), fit-out, renovation, and/or special projects. • Experience managing projects in the approximately $1M-$10M range. • Strong understanding of site safety and ability to establish a safety-first culture. • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective look-ahead schedules. • Strong forecasting and forward-planning capabilities.



• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously. • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, and field coordination. • Strong communication and client-facing skills. • Experience delivering construction within occupied spaces is strongly preferred.
