Shape restaurant operations in Dryden, Ontario through scheduling, labour management and cost control at the current Boston Pizza location. As Restaurant Manager, you will work with the General Manager to build daily operating routines and team performance. The full-time salaried schedule covers 40–45 hours weekly, including rotating openings, mids, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Build and adjust schedules around restaurant needs Manage labour effectively while maintaining service standards Oversee inventory, ordering and stock practices Share recruitment, hiring and performance management responsibilities Basic computer and point-of-sale skills Smart Serve, Food Handler or First Aid certifications valued Apply operational confidence, scheduling discipline and cost-control awareness while helping establish Boston Pizza Dryden's restaurant team.
