- Sales Leadership: Drive an inspired and recognition approach through your team to enable solid sales-focused partnerships with our customers.



Create an environment through your leadership in which all our Sales Associates can be their best for our customers. Utilize sales and metrics reports to create action plans and achieve business results.
- Provide clear and regular coaching and feedback to enable continuous improvement and career centered development is ongoing. Manage performance appraisals and career action plans.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, Privacy, Policies, and Procedures. Manage inventory, merchandising, and brand standards.
- Ensure consistency and execution of all sales and customer engagement tools. 2-3 years of retail management experience, with direct accountability for achieving sales and service targets.
