Manitoba Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Reception & Member Services Coordinator (term position) to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the Club.

This is a full time, on-site position

Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm (or as needed)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming Members and guests with a warm, professional approach, in person and via phone and email
- Managing dining and event reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting Members and guests with inquiries and directing them throughout the Club as needed
- Working closely with internal departments to support smooth daily operations
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and service at all times
- Assisting with general office duties and special projects as required
- Strong written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new computer systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests and remain composed in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Well-presented, approachable, and service-oriented

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
