RCWs provide respectful, dependable support that helps individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and daily routines. This hands-on caregiving role includes personal assistance, household tasks, and attentive support tailored to each person’s needs.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily caregiving and senior care, adapting support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Support medication administration according to established care plans and procedures, and communicate relevant observations to colleagues.
- Prepare meals, clean living areas, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home workplace.
- Provide support in home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings, promoting dignity and consistency in everyday routines.

Requirements

Required: Practical caregiving skills, clear communication, patience, attention to individual needs, and the ability to follow care instructions while supporting daily activities, meal preparation, cleaning, and medication routines. Preferred: Experience in senior care, dementia care, or working with individuals with disabilities, along with assisted living, nursing home, or home care experience.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
