What you’ll do

- Manage schedules, budgets, estimates and change orders
- Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts and materials
- Spot risks early and solve problems fast
- Lead trades, consultants and site meetings
- Deliver clean, safe, on-time close-outs

What you bring

- Diploma, degree or certificate in Construction, Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication and organization




- Valid Class 5 licence, reliable transportation, steel-toed boots
- Authorized to work in Canada
- WHMIS, First Aid, SCOT and supervisor training (or willing to get them)
- Bonus: PMP, CM, CET, A.Sc.T, P.Eng. or Lean certification

Where
Saskatoon office, regular site visits, some out-of-town travel.
