We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Catering Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items for catering events, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service, providing guidance and support to maintain efficiency.
- Manage food service operations at events, including setup, presentation, and timely delivery of dishes.
- Coordinate with event planners and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock, assisting with ordering,



and reporting shortages or issues.
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen setting that promotes teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant management within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Supervising experience with team management skills to lead kitchen staff effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Background in restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients smoothly.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
