Job Opening – IT & Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and efficient individual to help our wealth management team build and manage prospecting databases.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT tools, data research, and Excel, and is comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and build targeted prospect lists using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Extract and organize business contact information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, and company details.
- Clean, verify, and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Organize and deliver structured Excel or Google Sheets files on a weekly basis.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate data collection processes.
- Follow specific prospecting criteria and meet weekly productivity targets.

Requirements

- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.




- Experience with ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable researching and managing large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Python, Power Query, or automation tools is a plus.
- English proficiency required; French is an asset.
