Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager in Tim Hortons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.




- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest relations.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to company standards.
- Meeting & exceeding Daily Metrics for Sales, Food, Paper & Labour
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Exceptional Spoken & Written English required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
