What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting customers and recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
- Learning about cannabis products, accessories, and new releases.
- Receiving inventory, stocking, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Participating in inventory counts and inventory control.
- Processing sales and handling cash accurately.
- Verifying identification and following all BC cannabis regulations.
- Completing store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Providing excellent customer service while working independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service.
- Is dependable, organized, and accountable.
- Is comfortable handling cash and using computers.
- Takes initiative and can work independently.
- Can lift, bend and stand for long periods of time.
- Is willing to learn about cannabis products and follow all applicable BC cannabis regulations.
- Is bondable.

Previous cannabis retail experience is an asset but is not required.

Important Scheduling Requirements





This is a permanent part-time position at our Colwood Corners location.

The successful applicant must be available to work all three of the following evening shifts every week:

- Sunday: 3:15 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday: 3:15 PM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 3:15 PM – 11:00 PM

Consistent availability for all three shifts is required.

This position is based exclusively at our Colwood Corners location. Travel to other locations is not required.

Please do not apply if you are unable to consistently work all three required evening shifts.
