About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Meat Packer employee to join our Abattoir team. This hands-on role involves handling raw meat, supporting production, and packaging custom orders accurately and on time.

What You Will Do

- Learn to identify different cuts of meat.
- Package, wrap, label, and organize customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Operate grinders, patty makers, and vacuum-packaging machines after training.
- Organize products for shipping and maintain orderly storage areas.
- Keep work areas clean and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

- Clear communication skills and a cooperative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy production environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to follow instructions, complete labels and records, and work safely.

Working Conditions & Availability

- Flexible part-time availability.
- Active work involving standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with assistance when needed.
- Comfortable handling raw meat and working in a refrigerated production area, coolers, and freezers.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
