We are seeking a motivated and technically curious Junior ERP Developer to join our team in Markham and help support the continued growth and enhancement of our Acumatica ERP platform. This role is critical to improving business processes, maintaining system reliability, and developing solutions that help our teams work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions.

Working directly with the Manager of ERP, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in ERP development, customization, automation, reporting, system integrations, and troubleshooting. You will help transform business requirements into practical technology solutions that support Finance, Project Management, Service, Procurement, and other operational departments across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with ERP customizations, enhancements and maintenance.
- Develop and test programming changes under ERP leadership.
- Support reporting, data validation and troubleshooting.
- Document configurations and system changes.
- Assist users with ERP-related issues and process improvements.
- Support upgrades, testing and deployment activities.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Systems or related field.
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business applications.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, SQL and databases is an asset.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Career Development

This role is designed to develop future ERP talent. The successful candidate will work directly with the Manager of ERP, gaining progressively greater responsibility for ERP enhancements, automation, reporting, integrations and business process improvement.
