Job Description:

InGenesis is currently sourcing Warehousing Technicians to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and accurately managing incoming materials to support production operations. You will ensure the timely issuance of materials to manufacturing teams and participate in finished goods packaging activities as needed. The position also supports domestic and international product shipments, ensuring compliance with CFIA requirements and recipient country regulations. Additionally, you will initiate and complete change control activities, maintain accurate documentation, and support Merck’s programs, policies, and standards, including quality, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Ensure safe and timely import and export of all materials, working with shipping brokers/freight forwarders.
- Ensure products are packaged for shipping according to GMP guidelines.
- Responsible for verification of materials received against internal specifications & purchase order requisitions.
- Ensure timely distribution, delivery, and receipt of materials, coordinating with necessary internal & external functions.
- Maintain complete & accurate transactions within ERP system.
- Ensure warehouse is appropriately maintained & orderly.
- Perform daily lift truck & temperature checks.
- Review and maintain departmental SOPs as well as complete required Quality and Safety documentation (CAPAs, Near Misses, Work Orders, etc.).
- Experience and training using forklift and pallet jacks.
- The position requires a medical assessment in accordance with applicable GMP regulations and site requirements.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma is required.




- Must be able to take efficient approaches to trouble shoot and solve problems
- Must be able to wear required PPE and be able to comply and follow all safety requirements.
- Periodically work in 2-8°C cooler environment.
- Ability to lift upwards of 60 pounds.
