We’re a locally owned dental practice looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our friendly, supportive, and fast-paced team. If you enjoy working with patients, take pride in your clinical skills, and value a positive team environment, we’d love to meet you.
This position includes a mix of morning, evening, and occasional weekend shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Assist our dentist during clinical procedures including bonding, debonding, wire changes, impressions, and other chairside duties
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring instruments are sterilized and workspaces are clean and organized
- Take dental radiographs and intraoral photographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic appliance care
- Accurately document patient information and charting
- Deliver exceptional patient care with clear, friendly communication
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of orthodontic dental assisting experience (required)
- Valid dental assisting certification/licence with ortho module
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- A team player who is open to learning and feedback
