Job Overview

Join the Royal Landscaping team in the 20 year journey of scaling to a 10 million dollar company. Pay is guaranteed $100 per month for standby and $25/h for the entire winter. Whether you only want to work this season or want to grow with the company, that is up to you. Work is flexible. You are guaranteed a spot for landscaping/lawn care in the next season if you are hired for snow removal

Responsibilities/requirements

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Prior experience with landscaping/snow removal is preferred but a good attitude and willingness to learn takes priority
- Punctual
- Able to work in the heat/cold and long shifts even when you're tired
- Treats client property like it's your own
- Heavy lifting and must be physically capable




- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail

Growth

As the business grows you have the option to select the role that bests fits with your goals in either sales, admin, operations, or general labour, with more pay of course for each.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
