We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our Commercial Property Management Department as a full-time Commercial Property Management Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

The day-to-day operations of our onsite property management office involve a wide range of responsibilities, including:

· Coordinating building repairs, preventive maintenance, property improvements and equipment upgrades.

· Overseeing contractors and supervising onsite janitorial and security personnel to ensure the property is well-maintained and operates efficiently.

· Organizing promotional events, seasonal decorations and other marketing initiatives in accordance with the annual calendar to enhance the property's appeal and attract visitors.

· Assisting tenants with day-to-day operational matters and inquiries.

· Supporting lease administration, rent collection and other property management administrative duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates with no previous experience in commercial property management are welcome to apply. We provide on-the-job training and coaching for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest in developing a career in the commercial property management industry, along with a willingness and ability to learn.

The ideal candidate should possess:

· Basic knowledge or an understanding of building systems, mechanical or electrical technologies would be considered an asset.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.





· Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

· Good observation skills and strong attention to detail.

· A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Resourcefulness, self-motivation and the initiative to take ownership of responsibilities.

· The ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location

The primary work location for this position is Coquitlam, BC. However, the employer reserves the right to transfer the employee between its work sites in Vancouver and Coquitlam, based on operational requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

· Annual salary of $45,000–$49,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
