We are seeking full-time, experienced Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a framing environment, aspire to enter carpentry as a trade, and must be ready to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
· Ability and willingness to work out of town
· General construction and framing experience is required
· Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic carpentry tasks
· Mechanically inclined; equipment handling or moving experience is an asset
· Able to read measurements and perform basic math
· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long hours, and working in physically demanding conditions
· Willing to work outdoors or in adverse weather conditions
· Production-oriented with attention to quality and efficiency
· Adheres to safety rules and maintains a clean, organized work environment
· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
· Owns a smartphone with a data plan for communication and coordination

Schedule: Monday to Friday (possible weekend work) – but being able to be flexible – varying shifts
Hours: 8-10+ Shifts/Overtime

Salary: $ Range $18.25- $24.00/HR
