SRH Health & Wellness Clinic is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic located in Grimsby, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team of healthcare practitioners.

Our clinic is home to an existing team of professionals, including naturopathic and holistic practitioners, offering opportunities for qualified collaboration and appropriate patient referrals.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized massage therapy treatment plans.
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred massage therapy treatments within the professional scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on appropriate self-care strategies, therapeutic exercises, and wellness practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate to support coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), with authorization to practise.
- Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- New graduates who have obtained CMTO registration and experienced RMTs are welcome to apply.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a 75/25 revenue-sharing arrangement, with 75% allocated to the practitioner and 25% retained by the clinic. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or fixed salary.
