Grimshaw Trucking is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Billing Clerk for their busy Edmonton Terminal! This is will be for a minimum of 6 weeks, however, it could result in a longer tenure. It is an evening shift with a start time between 5pm & 7pm, Monday to Friday, start time will be determined at time of hiring.

Wage for this position is $22.75 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Enter bills efficiently and correctly
- Maintain an average bill count of a minimum of 30 bills per hour
- Assist with scanning, cross-docking, manifesting as required
- Maintain less than 2% error rate
- Minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Other projects & duties as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

- Data entry experience preferred, knowledge of trucking industry an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Positive, pleasant and skilled attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment




- Self-motivated with the ability to take own initiative on projects
- Awareness of our Corporate Objectives and Principles
- Team Player – has respect for self and co-workers
- Must have own transportation and work in office
