Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate daily site operations, manage construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality. Your expertise will drive project success by implementing efficient workflows, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative environment. Duties

- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Manage construction budgets, track costs, and prepare progress reports to keep projects within financial targets.
- Review contracts, change orders, and procurement documents to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and heavy-duty measurement devices to verify work standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for effective supervision.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid for accurate cost forecasting and resource planning.




- Lead supervising teams by providing clear direction, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Primavera.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols effectively on-site.
- Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Strong management skills with previous supervising experience leading diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between stakeholders and maintaining transparent documentation.
- Ability to operate technical tools such as ohmmeters or other electrical testing devices as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
