Pestwise is a growing pest control company serving property management companies, municipal housing and homeowners across Greater Sudbury. We're looking for a reliable Pest Control & Wildlife Technician to join our Sudbury team.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and treat homes, apartment buildings and commercial properties for bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, rats and other pests
- Handle wildlife removal and exclusion (raccoons, squirrels, skunks, birds), including one-way doors, sealing and proofing
- Explain treatment prep and re-entry instructions to tenants and property managers
- Complete service reports with photos and keep accurate pesticide-use records
- Take part in the on-call rotation for emergency calls
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of pest control or wildlife control experience
- Related experience will also be considered (trades, property maintenance,
construction, landscaping)
- Ontario Structural Exterminator licence, or willing to obtain one
- Valid Ontario G licence and a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs, and in attics and crawlspaces; able to lift 50 lb
- Reliable, qualified with customers, and able to write clear service reports

- $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
