Job Overview

The Estimator develops clear, well-supported cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing project information, assessing pricing, and coordinating details with project teams. This role combines construction estimating with practical project management and communication to help teams plan work confidently and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

- Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, quantities, and estimating requirements.
- Prepare and organize construction estimates using Bluebeam and HeavyBid, checking pricing assumptions and supporting details for accuracy.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify scope, gather information, and support estimate development and project planning.




- Discuss pricing and negotiate with relevant parties to resolve questions and support well-informed project decisions.

Your impact: Reliable estimates help project teams plan resources and align on project costs. Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
