Job Summary The Client Service Associate keeps each client assignment organized: the engagement letter, the information requests, the meeting calendar and the status of every open item. The position supports the client team and is full-time and remote, open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Sets up new assignments once the engagement letter is signed
- Sends information request lists to owners and tracks responses
- Maintains the data room index
- Schedules owner calls and board meetings
- Prepares weekly status notes for the partners
- Answers routine client questions or routes them to the right colleague
- Prepares invoices for completed work
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Experience in client service, as an account or project coordinator, or in an administrative role, including internships
- Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

- A degree in business or commerce
- Work at an accounting,



law or advisory firm
- A CRM or practice management system

Working Conditions This is a remote position. Work is performed at a desk with prolonged periods of sitting, computer use and video meetings. Hours follow Eastern business hours. Benefits
