Overview

Our automotive client in Cambridge is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including the use of various equipment and systems to manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

- Pick automotive parts accurately using an RF scanner and customer order lists
- Scan, verify, and track inventory using handheld RF devices
- Locate products within warehouse racks, bins, or shelving
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Label, sort, and stage completed orders for outbound delivery
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure correct parts and quantities are selected




- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (inventory counts, restocking, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals while working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

- This is an entry level position- training will be provided provided
- Must complete criminal background check
- Willing to work in fast pace setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 35lb - 50lbs
- Ability to walk, lift, bend, twist for entirety of shift

Wage: $20/hour hour

Shift timing:

Afternoons:

Monday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 4:00am AND Fridays 4:30pm-1:00am

OR

Monday-Thursday 5:45pm-4:15am AND Fridays 4:45pm-1:15am

Days:

Monday- Thursday 6:15am until 3:45pm AND Fridays 6:15am - 3:05pm

OR

Monday-Thursday 7:00am until 4:30pm AND Fridays 7:00am- 3:30pm
