Revive Dental is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Chinese Translator to assist with communication between dental professionals and Mandarin-speaking patients. The successful candidate will help ensure patients clearly understand their dental treatments, procedures, instructions, and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Mandarin-to-English and English-to-Mandarin interpretation for patients and dental staff.
- Assist patients in understanding dental procedures, treatment plans, and post-operative instructions.
- Help patients complete medical history forms, consent forms, and other required documentation.
- Support front desk staff with patient communication, appointment scheduling, and inquiries when needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to communicate medical and dental information accurately.
- Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or a dental/healthcare setting is an asset but not mandatory.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
