Job Overview

As a Customer Service representative, you’ll support customers with clear, courteous assistance across a range of inquiries. You’ll use strong communication and phone etiquette to understand needs, explain options, and help create a positive customer experience.

Duties

- Respond to customer questions, listen carefully, and provide accurate, helpful information in English.
- Complete data entry and maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions.
- Use analysis skills to understand customer needs and identify appropriate products or services.
- Support sales and upselling by explaining relevant options; assist multilingual customers when able.

Qualifications

Required: Strong customer service, communication skills, English proficiency,



phone etiquette, accurate data entry, and practical analysis skills to resolve inquiries and maintain reliable records. Preferred: Related customer service or sales experience, confidence with upselling, and bilingual or multilingual communication; Spanish language ability is especially helpful. Your impact: Clear, accurate support helps customers make informed choices and gives colleagues dependable information for follow-up.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
