PineRidge Timberframe, part of the Dream Home Group, is looking for a motivated, personable, and self-driven individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Sales Representative.

This flexible, commission-based position is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent sales environment, enjoys developing new business opportunities, and wants the freedom to manage their own schedule while representing quality timber frame products and custom building solutions.

What You'll Do

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Introduce potential customers to PineRidge Timberframe's products and building solutions.
- Respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, and guide prospective clients through the sales process.
- Collaborate with our established team to coordinate project information, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Represent PineRidge Timberframe professionally while promoting our products and services.

What We're Looking For

- A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- An interest in residential construction, timber framing, architecture, or custom home design.




- Confidence in approaching potential clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, construction, or a related industry is considered an asset, but is not required.
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to succeed in a commission-based environment.
