Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude, answer questions, and provide an excellent experience.
- Order Preparation: Prepare açaí bowls and smoothies accurately, efficiently, and according to Oakberry standards.
- Opening & Closing: Complete opening preparations or closing duties to ensure the store is ready for the next shift.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift.
- Teamwork & Initiative: Proactively restock ingredients, prepare fruit, replenish supplies,



and complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Product Knowledge: Learn our menu, ingredients, and toppings to confidently assist customers.
