What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one year of automotive sales or commission-based sales experience
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- A professional attitude and a self-driven approach to sales
- The ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
- A valid VSA licence and BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Good computer skills, including MS Office,



Outlook, and CRM platforms.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating a great buying experience while developing your own customer base.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Understanding customer needs and recommending vehicles that suit their lifestyle and budget
- Presenting vehicle features, product benefits, and available financing options
- Managing sales paperwork and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately
- Building a robust pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-ups
- Keeping up with new models, manufacturer programs, promotions, and industry developments
- Staying connected with customers beyond the initial sale to generate repeat and referral business
