The Role

There's something special about walking into a space where everything just feels right. Fresh towels, clean showers, perfectly prepared plunge tubs and all the little details taken care of.

As a Facilities Team Member, you're one of the people who makes that feeling possible.

You'll help care for Kove from the inside out, keeping our Bathhouse clean, secure and running smoothly. From maintaining the sauna and cold plunges to laundry, restocking and keeping our shared spaces looking their best, your work plays a big part in how guests experience Kove.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in the details and understands that a well-cared-for space is a form of hospitality in itself.

Don't worry if you've never worked in a Bathhouse before. We'll provide training for specialized equipment, water maintenance and operational procedures.

What You'll Do

Show the Space Some Love

- Keep Kove's guest spaces clean, comfortable and looking their best throughout the day.
- Clean and sanitize change rooms, showers, washrooms, lounges, treatment spaces and shared areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, squeegee and disinfect floors and surfaces as needed.
- Keep waste and recycling under control and guest supplies topped up.
- Follow daily, weekly and deep-cleaning routines to keep the space in great shape.
- Notice anything that needs fixing, cleaning or extra attention and let the team know.

Care for the Bathhouse

- Clean and maintain our sauna, cold plunges and surrounding Bathhouse areas.
- Help monitor and maintain plunge temperatures throughout the day.

- Carry out routine water maintenance and equipment checks following Kove's procedures.
- Support filtration systems and Bathhouse equipment upkeep once trained.
- Keep contrast therapy spaces clean, safe and ready for the next guest.
- Flag equipment issues, safety concerns or anything that doesn't seem quite right.

Keep the Little Things Flowing

- Keep fresh towels, robes and linens moving through the space by washing, drying, folding and organizing laundry.
- Restock towels, toiletries, tea supplies and other guest essentials throughout the day.
- Keep an eye on inventory and let the team know when we're running low.
- Maintain tidy, organized storage and supply areas.
- Help with opening, closing and daily facility routines.

Be Part of the Guest Experience

- Respond quickly to spills, unexpected messes or anything that needs immediate attention.
- Work alongside Hosts, Guides and the wider team to keep the day running smoothly.
- Move thoughtfully through guest spaces, respecting people's privacy and their experience.
- Take initiative when you notice something that could make the space cleaner, safer or more comfortable.

A Little About You

You don't need previous Bathhouse experience to join us. We'll teach you the technical side. What we're really looking for is someone who cares about doing things well.

You might be a great fit if you:

- Take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized and cared for.

- Have a good eye for detail and notice things others might miss.
- Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your day.
- Are dependable, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Can follow cleaning, safety and maintenance procedures carefully.
- Are proactive and don't need to be asked twice when something needs doing.
- Enjoy being part of a team and are happy to lend a hand.
- Have experience in housekeeping, facilities, hospitality or a similar role — a bonus, but not a requirement.

The Practical Stuff

This is an active, hands-on role. You'll spend much of your shift moving throughout the facility, so it's important that you're comfortable with:

- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs safely.
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling as part of regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Working in warm, humid spaces and moving between different temperatures.
- Using cleaning equipment and handling supplies safely, following proper procedures.

The Kove Kind of Care

We believe a thoughtfully maintained space is part of what helps people feel at ease.

A fresh towel when someone needs one. A spotless shower. A comfortable place to sit. The quiet reassurance that everything has been taken care of.

Guests might not notice every little thing you do, but they'll feel the difference.

As a Facilities Team Member, you'll help create the kind of space where people can leave their worries at the door and settle into their experience.

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
