About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Sales Enablement to strengthen sales effectiveness, shape strategic opportunities, and drive growth across North American markets. The role leads complex, high-value pursuits from chance strategy and solution development through proposals, commercial discussions, and executive presentations. It also builds sales capabilities through targeted learning and coaching, develops practical tools and playbooks,



and promotes effective use of AI and reusable sales content. The successful candidate will connect teams and expertise across the business, identify cross-selling opportunities, and turn successful approaches into repeatable practices.
Candidates should bring more than 15 years of consulting and financial services experience, ideally in client-facing consulting, business development, strategic sales, or delivery. They must have a proven record shaping complex pursuits and strong commercial judgment, financial services knowledge, and communication skills. The role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders, mobilize teams across a matrix organization, and translate strategic ideas into practical, measurable outcomes. Experience in sales enablement, coaching, AI-supported productivity, sales operations, or strategic partnerships is an advantage.
