IRCO is looking for an experienced Machine Builder to join our growing automation team. This is a hands-on position assembling, fitting, installing, and troubleshooting custom industrial automation equipment and robotic systems.

Job Description

- Build and assemble custom automation equipment from mechanical drawings and assembly prints
- Fit, align, drill, tap, mesh, and install mechanical components
- Assemble conveyors, guarding, fixtures, tooling, pneumatic systems, and robotic equipment
- Perform machine setup, adjustment, testing, and troubleshooting
- Support equipment installation and commissioning at customer facilities
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, controls, and project teams

Experience & Qualifications

- 3+ years of machine building, millwright, automation, or related industrial experience preferred
- Robust mechanical aptitude and ability to read mechanical drawings
- Experience with bearings, gearboxes, linear motion components,



and precision assemblies
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and shop equipment
- Welding/fabrication experience is an asset
- Machining experience is an asset
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
