Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to support the buildout and operationalization of CMIP (Capital Markets Intelligence Platform) on AWS.

The role focuses on Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes/EKS, GitOps, CI/CD automation, containerization, observability, and cloud-native platform engineering.

Core Responsibilities

- Design, build, and operate workloads and shared platform capabilities on Amazon EKS
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Implement GitOps-based deployment and setting promotion using Argo CD
- Design, implement, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code
- Build and manage Docker/container images and container build pipelines
- Develop and maintain Helm charts / Kubernetes manifests
- Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, container, networking, deployment, and infrastructure issues
- Support AWS infrastructure and networking including VPCs, subnets, security groups, IAM, ingress and egress
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, SDLC, and infrastructure governance requirements

Required Skills

- Kubernetes/EKS: Strong hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Amazon EKS
- Terraform:



Strong hands-on experience building reusable Terraform modules and managing AWS infrastructure
- GitOps / Argo CD: Experience managing Kubernetes deployments and environment promotion using Argo CD
- CI/CD: Strong Jenkins experience, preferably Jenkinsfile and pipeline-as-code
- Containers: Strong Docker/container build and troubleshooting skills
- AWS: Hands-on AWS infrastructure and IAM experience
- Observability: Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and/or CloudWatch
- Networking: Working knowledge of VPCs, subnets, load balancers, security groups, DNS, ingress/egress, and Kubernetes networking
- Scripting: Python and/or Shell scripting for platform automation

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience building multi-tenant Kubernetes/EKS platforms
- Kubernetes RBAC, namespaces, quotas, policies, and workload isolation
- Experience with Helm
- Experience designing reusable Terraform modules for application onboarding
- Familiarity with GitOps promotion across Dev/UAT/Production
- Kubernetes security/policy tooling such as Kyverno
- Experience with enterprise IAM, secrets management, security reviews, and infrastructure governance
- Experience supporting AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes is a plus

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
