The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Electrician to diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, maintain and install electrical systems across commercial and residential sites. We’re looking for someone with solid electrical experience who takes pride in clean work, works well with others,and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks on site on a daily basis.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Complete commercial and residential electrical installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and identifying solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings,and specifications
- Install, wire, connect, service, and maintain lighting fixture and electrical control and distribution equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and maintain a tidy work area
- Accurately complete job documentation
- Conduct preventative maintenance programs and keep maintenance records
- Adhere to meet the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable safety regulations
- Respond to urgent or emergency power and system failures and adhere to the on-call rotating schedule

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician
- Proven field experience in residential, commercial,



or industrial service work
- Service and troubleshooting experience (asset)
- Generator installation, service, and troubleshooting knowledge (solid asset)
- Experience with Generac generators and automatic transfer switches (asset)
- Comfortable troubleshooting and working independently when needed
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints
- Good working knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Professional communication skills and appearance

Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour
