Link Secure is looking for skilled and confident Tactical Security Guards to support operations at Bramalea City Centre. This position is ideal for guards who excel in fast-paced environments, follow procedures carefully, and maintain a strong presence while providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Support Supervisors in maintaining smooth operations across assigned shifts
- Ensure that all security activities align with company protocols and legal requirements
- Monitor and respond to:
- Security threats or suspicious activity
- Fire or safety concerns
- Unauthorized entry
- Theft or property damage
- Technical or utility disruptions
- Communicate clearly using radios, phones, and digital systems
- Assist with special tasks or assignments given by the Leadership team
Required Skills & Background
- At least 1 year of security experience
- Experience in tactical or retail security is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to de-escalate situations professionally
- Education in:
- Law Enforcement
- Police Foundations
- Justice Studies
- Criminology
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- G2 or G Class Driver’s Licence- mandatory
- Preferably 2 years of tactical security experience
