- Advocacy & Education: Serve as an in-house advocate for athlete development, helping clients understand the role of progressive strength training in injury prevention and performance.
- Attendance & Retention: Monitor registration numbers, run proactive attendee outreach, and follow up with workshop participants to convert them into ongoing S&C; training programs.

youth athletic associations, and fitness communities to build strategic local referral partnerships.
- Review & Reputation Growth: Drive Google Review collection and highlight success stories that showcase both our clinical excellence and strength coaching.
3. Front-of-House & Client Experience
- Patient Hospitality: Deliver welcoming, attentive customer service that sets a warm, encouraging tone for both clinical patients and athletes.
- Scheduling & Systems: Manage daily scheduling, check-ins, and payments using JaneApp across all clinical and coaching disciplines.
- Client Communications: Handle phone calls via Talkroute, respond to general email inquiries, and execute follow-up workflows for client retention and win-backs.
- Facility Presentation: Ensure the reception area, treatment spaces, and gym floor remain clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
4. Operational & Managerial Support
- Team Coordination: Assist the Clinic Manager in organizing front-desk shift coverage for the Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) team.
- Billing Oversight: Help audit billing accuracy, assist with third-party billing (e.g., ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield), and support accounts receivable across 10–15 clinicians.
- Operational Metrics: Track booking conversions, call answer rates, workshop capacity metrics, and client feedback scorecards alongside the management team.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and restock clinical, front-desk, and gym facility supplies.
