The Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites is looking for a Full time and Part-time Experienced, dynamic Front Desk Agents who is interested in growing with our company. We are looking for people with Front Desk Experience in the hotel industry who understands the expectations of this role. As a Front Desk Agent you must be upbeat, friendly and customer service oriented as they are the first and last point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome and able to multitask.

This is a PERMANENT Part-time position (16-32 Hrs/week).



Shifts are 7:30am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-11:30pm, 11:30pm-7:30am and will be a combination of weekdays, weekends and holidays. Start and end time of the shift are non- negotiable. Only those individuals with Customer service experience and suitable availability need apply. Preference will be given to those applicants with Hotel experience, basic computer skills, and previous customer service experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, dedication to guest service, be reliable and self-motivated and are able to multitask.
