The Roadrunner Food Co. is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Devil’s Glen Country Club as Cafeteria & Dining Room Attendants.

This role is essential to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining experience for our members and guests. From keeping tables cleared and dining areas tidy to stocking service stations, assisting guests, and maintaining the overall presentation of our food service spaces, you will help ensure the cafeteria and dining rooms are always ready to welcome guests.

Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Hospitality

- Welcome and acknowledge members and guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Maintain a visible and attentive presence throughout the cafeteria and dining areas.
- Assist guests with general questions and direct them to appropriate food and beverage service areas.
- Respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Communicate guest feedback, concerns, and service requests to the appropriate team members.

Dining Room & Cafeteria Maintenance

- Clear tables, remove used dishes, glassware, cutlery, and service items promptly.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, countertops,



and other high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining areas throughout operating hours.
- Monitor garbage, recycling, and dish collection areas, ensuring they remain clean and organized.
- Sweep floors and address spills or cleanliness concerns as they arise.
- Complete routine cleaning and closing duties according to established procedures.
- Ensure dining spaces are consistently maintained to club standards.

Stocking & Service Area Support

- Restock cutlery, napkins, condiments, glassware, dishes, and other guest service supplies.
- Monitor and replenish self-service stations, beverage areas, and cafeteria supplies.
- Maintain organized service stations and ensure supplies are readily available.
- Assist with stocking coolers, grab-and-go displays, and other designated service areas.
- Communicate low inventory and replenishment requirements to supervisors.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing supplies as required.

Food & Beverage Operations

- Support the smooth flow of cafeteria and dining room operations.
- Assist kitchen and service teams with general operational needs.
- Transport dishes and service items to and from designated areas.
- Assist with buffet and food station maintenance, including clearing and replenishment support.




- Help prepare dining areas for daily service, special events, and changing service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with cashiers, kitchen staff, servers, and management.

Teamwork & Professional Standards

- Maintain a positive, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.
- Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Take initiative and identify tasks that need attention without waiting for direction.
- Follow opening, ongoing maintenance, and closing checklists.
- Uphold the professional standards and hospitality expectations of Devil’s Glen Country Club.

Qualifications & Experience

- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout a shift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts throughout the winter season.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
