Looking for a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our team!

F45 Sunrise East Village is a Functional Fitness Studio with a phenomenal community looking to fill the Role of Studio Manager.

This role reports directly to the owner, leads the staff of coaches, is directly involved with membership sales and is a community builder .

Previous experience with F45 Training is appreciated but not necessary. We would love to find someone looking to further build our community and lead the team.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio including;

- Membership inquiries, sales, pauses and cancellations
- Maintain studio inventories of supplies for facilities, merchandise and ongoing equipment
- Manage the daily incoming and outgoing calls, text and emails
- Coordinate and schedule studio classes, workshops, and events
- Continuous development of B2B partnerships to participate in our studio events
- Monitor and manage studio budget, expenses, and revenue
- Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding new studio staff members when required
- Lead and collaborate with owner and coaches for all promotional events
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Marketing and Advertising on Social Media, Monthly Newsletters and Email Blasts

Skills:




- Excellent organization skills are required to manage a variety of technical platforms

- Education and experience with Microsoft, Canva, CRM including MBO and database management is required
- Experience in sales with a proven track record of success in managing and maintaining a variety of ongoing inquiries
- Knowledge of the fitness industry is preferred for this role as you will need to be consistently speaking with members of the studio about fitness goals
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
- A strong work ethic with interest to further enhance your skill set
- Robust administrative skills for record keeping, data entry, and clerical tasks
