Job Description for Therapists:

We are looking for experienced and compassionate therapists to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples and families, dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions. The ideal candidates will be dedicated to delivering client-centered care and have a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities for Therapists:





- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members for comprehensive care.
- Stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision as needed.

Qualifications for Therapists:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counselling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Registered or licensed with a professional body as Registered or Qualifying (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, etc.).
- Experience in providing therapy, preferably with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.
- Passion for helping others and commitment to professional development.
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethical practice.

Preferred Skills:

- Specialization in specific areas such as Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Relational Life Therapy, or other relevant couples training.
- Familiarity with telehealth services (virtual therapy options).
