Overview

The CAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE /FINANCE MANAGERS role guides customers through vehicle selection and financing discussions, combining sales, customer service, and clear communication. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and support a smooth, informed buying experience.

Duties

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline through customer outreach, outside sales, and timely follow-up.
- Present vehicle options, explain financing information, negotiate terms, and identify appropriate opportunities for upselling.
- Support retail and B2B sales, coordinate sales support, and contribute to sales management and marketing activities.
- Maintain organized customer and deal records, using accurate math and professional phone etiquette throughout the process.

Qualifications





OMVIC CERTIFICATION - MANDATORY
Required: Solid communication, customer service, organizational, negotiation, and math skills are essential for discussing options, supporting sales, and maintaining accurate records. Professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage customer follow-up are important to keeping the sales process clear and organized. Preferred: Dealership experience, retail or B2B sales, outside or high-end sales, sales pipeline management, and sales support are valuable. Spanish, bilingual or multilingual communication, and familiarity with marketing, upselling, or sales management are additional strengths.

Pay: $35,200.00-$125,500.00 per year
