Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000 per year based on performance

At Jack McGee Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac, we are on a mission to deliver an exceptional ownership experience to every customer who walks through our doors. As our Service Department continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

This is more than a counter position — it’s a leadership role in customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You will:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Conduct walk-around inspections and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
- Verify warranty and extended service coverage and explain provisions clearly
- Prepare detailed repair orders (ROs) including symptoms, causes, and required services
- Develop accurate estimates including parts, labour, and applicable deductibles
- Communicate repair timelines and obtain customer approvals
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
- Coordinate alternate transportation when required
- Close repair orders and ensure customers leave confident and satisfied
- Work closely with technicians, parts, and management to maintain efficiency and CSI standards




- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training

What You Bring to the Table

- Minimum 1–2 years in customer service (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dealership environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Ability to work within dealership hours, including Saturdays
